QC Inspector

About the role

This role involves conducting daily factory inspections and performing quality control activities in a food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily factory inspection, including personal hygiene, factory cleanliness, staff practice, products condition
• Perform internal lab tests for food and environmental samples
• Perform sampling and QC checking (physical or chemical, training will be provided) on incoming raw material, intermediate products and finished products according to schedule
• Monitor critical control point (CCP)
• ISO 22000 documentation
• Assist in goods return checking
• Assist in customer feedback and trouble-shooting on product complaint
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your Superior

About you

• Meticulous, detailed oriented and a team player
• Food science background would be an advantage
