A reputable MNC is looking for an HVAC Research Scientist to join their team.
Your new role
- Track emerging technologies to drive innovation in Sustainable Building and HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs, conduct research, and develop product ideas and proposals.
- Build partnerships with top institutions and ecosystems in Singapore for research and innovation.
- Align regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and pitching ideas through company's innovation framework.
- Advance HVAC research and generate patents, supporting commercialization of new solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- PhD in Engineering with focus or strong interest in HVAC systems.
- 3–5 years of R&D or academic experience in thermal systems, simulations, and data/ML applications.
- Strong expertise in evaluating energy systems, building technologies, and emerging HVAC innovations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HVAC and sustainability trends, with ability to turn research into practical solutions.
- Proven project management, innovation mindset, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
