A reputable MNC is looking for an HVAC Research Scientist to join their team.

Your new role

• Track emerging technologies to drive innovation in Sustainable Building and HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs, conduct research, and develop product ideas and proposals.
• Build partnerships with top institutions and ecosystems in Singapore for research and innovation.
• Align regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and pitching ideas through company's innovation framework.
• Advance HVAC research and generate patents, supporting commercialization of new solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• PhD in Engineering with focus or strong interest in HVAC systems.
• 3–5 years of R&D or academic experience in thermal systems, simulations, and data/ML applications.
• Strong expertise in evaluating energy systems, building technologies, and emerging HVAC innovations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HVAC and sustainability trends, with ability to turn research into practical solutions.
• Proven project management, innovation mindset, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
