About you We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Executive, Events & Partnershipsto support the planning, execution, and coordination of CARSOME’s events and partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, working with multiple stakeholders, and learning how strategic collaborations and brand activations come together. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to deliver seamless events, manage partner relationships, and ensure high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
Your Day-to-day
Events Activations & Support
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including brand activations, roadshows, media launches, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Assist with event logistics such as vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, permits, inventory, and on-ground execution.
- Work closely with design, content, and social teams to support event creatives, collaterals, and amplification plans.
- Assist in tracking event KPIs, compiling post-event reports, and documenting learnings for future improvements.
- Maintain and update databases for event vendors, venues, suppliers, and production partners.
Partnerships & Collaboration Support
- Assist in identifying and coordinating with potential and existing partners, including corporates, marketing collaborators, and referral partners.
- Support the execution of co-branded campaigns, partnerships activations, and referral or reward programmes.
- Assist with preparing partnership decks, proposals, tracking sheets, and performance reports.
Supporting the internal communications with teams such as Retail, Commercial, Design, Content, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
Coordination & Execution
- Support day-to-day project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals are tracked and followed up.
- Act as a key executional support during event days, including on-site coordination and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all executions are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Your Know-how
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in events, partnerships, experiential marketing, or business development roles
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, budgets, and ROI for events and partnerships.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, when required.
- Experience with CRM tools, referral platforms, or event management systems is an added advantage.
