Senior Executive/Executive, Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement of spare parts, tools and consumables for Technical Services, and issue Purchase order via Ariba and SAP system.
• Liaise with vendors for quotes, orders and repair services
• Work closely with ride managers to support ride ‘s spare parts and services
• Monitor spares delivery closely to support ride operation at all times
• Work closely with Store personnel on any operation matters
• Prepare reports and slides for presentations and meetings
• Perform incoming and outgoing shipment
• Perform any other administrative duties from time to time

Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
