Job summary

We’re looking for a seasoned events and activation lead who believes brand experiences should never be ordinary. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sergeant-level eye for detail, and love turning bold ideas into seamless on-ground realities, this role is for you.

  • As Manager of Activation & Partnerships, you’ll lead the charge in delivering differentiated brand experiences that truly connect with our audiences. From pop-up activations to major brand takeovers, you’ll bring creative ideas to life — with full ownership from concept to costing to flawless execution.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end execution of on-ground activations, sponsorships, and brand events — from strategic planning to post-event evaluation.
  • Develop standout brand experiences that break through the clutter and spark engagement.
  • Manage budgeting, costing, resourcing, and vendor negotiations with precision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, enterprise, digital, PR, and customer teams to ensure fully integrated rollouts.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage partnership opportunities that enhance brand relevance and reach.
  • Be hands-on and on-ground — ensuring every activation reflects our brand values with excellence.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in events, activations, or partnerships — ideally in fast-moving or challenger-brand environments.
  • A builder of bold, high-impact experiences — with the discipline to back it up: budgeting, timelines, manpower planning, and approvals.
  • Detail-obsessed and operationally sharp, yet able to zoom out and think big.
  • Resourceful, independent, and thrives on making things happen.
  • Collaborative mindset — able to rally teams, agencies, and stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Passion or curiosity for content, pop culture, or storytelling is a plus.
