JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Executive supports TTSH's corporate communications and elective marketing efforts through the development of visual, digital and multimedia content. The incumbent is responsible for conceptualising and creating marketing collateral, producing multimedia content, and managing projects independently from ideation to publication. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the incumbent will support communications and marketing campaigns while ensuring timely delivery of content, adherence to TTSH's brand guidelines and serving as a brand steward for the department.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design marketing and communications collateral, including social media graphics, posters, EDMs, infographics, banners, brochures and event materials.
- Create multimedia content, including photography, videography, motion graphics and short-form digital content for TTSH's communication platforms.
- Conceptualise and develop content ideas, storyboards, copy and scripts to support communications and marketing campaigns.
- Manage content production from planning through publication, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns, including filming, editing, stakeholder coordination, approval and clearance processes.
- Liaise with clinicians, departments, senior stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality content and campaigns.
- Ensure all communications materials comply with TTSH's brand guidelines and organisational standards, serving as a brand steward for the department.
- Support communications and marketing activities, including elective marketing campaigns, publicity initiatives and events as assigned by the RO or HOD.
- Any other duties as assigned by the RO or HOD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Mass Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in design, multimedia content creation, communications or digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign and Lightroom, as well as Canva and CapCut.
- Ability to independently conceptualise, plan, film and edit multimedia content, including the use of camera, lighting and audio equipment.
- Strong content creation, visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Good eye for visual design, art direction, typography and layout.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to sketch concepts for creative development will be an advantage.
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, healthcare or public sector communications will be an advantage.
- Portfolio submission is required.
