Storekeeper (Warehouse & Maintenance)

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor stock levels of coffee machine spare parts, accessories, tools, and consumables.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
• Prepare and issue spare parts for maintenance technicians.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and documentation of inventory items.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team on spare parts requirement and stock replacement.
• Coordinate spare parts availability for preventive maintenance and repair works.
• Track usage of coffee machine components and recommend replenishment.
• Maintain records of equipment servicing, parts replacement, and warranty information.
• Assist maintenance technicians in preparing tools and parts for service jobs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storeroom.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive machine components.
• Prepare items for delivery and dispatch to outlets.
• Support compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experiences

• SPM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in storekeeping, inventory control, warehouse operations, or maintenance support.
• Computer literate (Excel, inventory software, email).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to lift and handle equipment parts when required.
• Knowledge of coffee machines, F&B equipment, or spare parts management is an advantage.
• Familiar with inventory systems, stock tracking, and documentation.
