Working Hours:

2 days per week in the office (Tues - Fri), + Out of office Classes hours

Allowances:

First Seven Day(Training): RM 60/Day

Total Allowances: RM 2,500 - RM 4,000+

- On-Site Allowance: RM120/Day

- Teaching Hourly Rate: RM80 - RM 200

- Monthly Commission: Teaching x 20%

Job Details:

- This is a Part-time Position, ideal for Students who are exploring the educationfield.

- This position requires 2 days a week on site (Tues - Fri), actual date is negotiable.

- Take part in our 7-Days Teaching Training Program, a hands-on learning experience covering teaching techniques, public speaking, and classroom management — all designed to help you grow and shine as an educator.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.

- Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.

- Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.

- Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.

- Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.

- Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.

Qualifications:

- Open to University Students Only.

- All Academic Backgrounds are welcomed to apply

- English Proficiency: Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.

- Chinese Proficiency: Must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese, with clarity and confidence in interacting with students and parents.

- Maths Procifiency: A minimum grade of B (or equivalent) in SPM Mathematics (or similar qualification) is required

- Passion for Education: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents.

- At least 1 Year of Commitment.
