Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Coordinate design research and benchmarking activities to identify trends, materials, forms, and competitive styling directions.
Develop innovative and value driven styling proposals throughout project development, including concept ideation, sketches, and rendered visualizations.
Prepare, process and analyze all styling related documentation to ensure design intent, feasibility, and consistency are clearly communicated.
Deliver clear and compelling presentations—both verbal and written (panel and slide formats)—to communicate design concepts and styling rationales to small group audiences.
Evaluate the quality and accuracy of research outputs, styling ideas, models, and data, and propose corrective actions or design countermeasures where required.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Product Design, or an equivalent field.
Good capability in concept ideation, sketching, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Alias, Blender, Rhino, or equivalent software.
Basic experience with rendering techniques (digital and/or manual) to clearly communicate design intent.
Understanding of materials, colors, finishes, and form language.
Ability to assist in coordinating and conducting design research and benchmarking activities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
