Responsibilities

Source for potential candidates and assess their technical competencies Handle the end-to-end recruitment process Continuously build talent pipeline for company talent needs Assist in career fairs, career talks, employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives

Key qualifications

Background in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent Experience in talent acquisition Technical hiring experience is a plus Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Outgoing and result-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel for business purposes when necessary
