Responsibilities

Conduct technical training on company products for internal and external parties Prepare training materials according to the level of targeted users Work closely with internal teams to create technical documentation, including user manual, revision for products or process info, etc. Study drawings, specifications, mockups and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure and production sequence and details

Key qualifications

Background in Engineering / Computer Science / English Language / Translation & Interpretation / Business & Marketing or equivalent field of study Good communication and presentation skills Passion for learning and patient to teach Copywriting or technical writing experience is a plus Past experience in multimedia & design will be an added advantage Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
