Testing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Meet with the product design team (hardware and software) to determine product testing parameters.
• Writing test plans, creating test plans, updating test plans and creating test cases for the product according to software and hardware enhancement and development cycle.
• Ensure all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
• Ensure all products software and hardware functionality readiness for sales to customers or release.
• Develop testing automation procedures and program in line with product development cycle.
• Develop testing automation procedure documentation for testing technician.
• Prepare test reports for team leaders.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of technical support and technical testing for hardware and software products.
• Knowledge of Niagara Framework, Building Automation & Analytics Technologies.
• Knowledge of instrumentation sensors and field communication protocols, e.g Modbus, BACnet etc.
• Knowledge is programming language such as C++, python is an advantage.
• TCP/IP Networking and protocols knowledge
