Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy

You will assist occupational therapists in conducting individual or group therapy, setting up of equipment, inventory control and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level / WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), Certificate in Therapy Services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. basic MS Word, Excel)
• Able to handle physically demanding work, which includes transferring of patients and maintenance/cleaning of rehabilitative equipment
• Proficient in a local language and/or dialect (in order to liaise with local language and/or dialect speaking patients)
• Experience in using an electric sewing machine would be advantageous
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
