In this role, you will design and implement upskilling TVET training programs that prepare students for real-world industry demands.

Responsibilities

Deliver TVET or equivalent courses with engaging and industry-relevant instruction Collaborate with engineers to facilitate hands-on practicum experiences for students Develop syllabus and course content aligned with industry needs Prepare lab materials, handouts, and learning resources to support student development Design assessment rubrics and conduct student evaluations effectively

Key qualifications

SKM Level 4 certification by JPK, Diploma, or Degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical, science, or engineering field TVET teaching experience is an added advantage Solid understanding of product/process inspection, quality improvement, measuring equipment handling, and quality assurance SOP preparation Proficient in reading engineering drawings, fundamental control programming, fabrication, and sub-assembly Ability to develop application prototypes and modules
