About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organized car enthusiast to shoot and edit engaging long-form video content (such as car reviews, road trips, and deep dives). You will focus on pacing, narrative structure, and high-quality production value for extensive formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end production of long-form videos (primarily for YouTube & Meta).
• Plan and execute shoots, focusing on multi-camera setups, lighting, audio, and cinematic automotive framing.
• Manage the post-production workflow, including video editing, narrative structure, multi-cam syncing, color grading, and sound design.
• Collaborate with producers to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining viewer engagement throughout longer videos.
• Handle basic asset organization and file management for large production files.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Film Studies, Creative Media, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).
• Proven portfolio or showreel showcasing strong capabilities in shooting and editing long-form content.
• Advanced proficiency in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, audio recording, and framing techniques, preferably for automotive content.
• A genuine interest in cars or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
