Job description
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for quantity and quality.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through proper stock storage and organization.
- Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Dispatch & Receiving
- Prepare and stage products for outbound deliveries.
- Coordinate with multiple Distribution Centers (DCs) to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Warehouse Operations & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety standards at all times.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (where licensed and authorized).
System & Inventory Management
- Update inventory movements accurately using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), handheld PDA scanners, or barcode scanning devices.
- Ensure real-time system accuracy for all warehouse transactions.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or relevant warehouse experience.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage (training may be provided for suitable candidates).
- Physically fit and able to lift items of up to 20 kg.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and overtime when required.
